My Approach

I specialise in career and business coaching. However I believe in taking a holistic approach to help my clients achieve balance in their lives.

My coaching is underpinned with a set of tools and models that I use when working with clients. This enables me to support them to explore their goals, look at their current situation, identify the changes they need to make, develop action plans and learn from their actions.

My coaching can be useful for making career changes, facing transition such as redundancy or retirement, improving personal performance and team performance, personal development, developing new ways of working, building confidence and self awareness, tackling difficult work issues, improving relationships or achieving a better work/ life balance.

The pandemic has caused uncertainty for many people and I help clients build resilience to deal with the many changes they are facing. I have also incorporated well-being into my coaching practice. I believe, if you want to be the best version of yourself, you have to be emotionally, spiritually and physically well.

I tend to practice face-to-face as I have found this to be the most effective method of coaching. However during the pandemic, I have been using Zoom more often and find this works really well.

I am willing to travel to clients if they are within a reasonable distance from my address in Chingford but this may involve extra costs for travelling.

I appreciate that some people may have difficulty making appointments on weekdays, therefore I do have some availability for evening and weekend sessions.
