Emotional, Spiritual & Physical Well-being

I passionately believe that if you wish to become the very best version of yourself, be it in your career or any other area of your life, then you need to balance your emotional, spiritual and physical well-being (ESP).

More and more practitioners are recognising that health is not only influenced by the physical body but by the connection between our spiritual, mental and emotional bodies.

Thus I have integrated ESP balance into my coaching practice by helping clients:

  • Understand the connection between their EMOTIONAL and mental bodies, eg by setting and keeping focused on their goals, eliminating stress, self reflection, developing gratitude

  • Develop their SPIRITUALITY, eg by introducing mindfulness practices

  • Improve PHYSICAL well-being, eg by encouraging exercise, healthy eating, restful sleep and time in nature
